A Space to Slow Down, Feel Understood, and Find Your Way Forward

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin, I believe that meaningful growth often happens through life’s challenges and learning how to move through them with support and intention.

I love working with busy adults, kids with anxiety or intrusive thoughts. I also work with those navigating complex family or relationship dynamics such as divorce and blended families. Clients also come to me to help heal from betrayal and infidelity.

My Approach

My approach is compassionate, grounded, and real. I use evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, and EMDR. More than anything, I focus on creating a space where you can actually exhale.

A lot of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or carrying more than they let on to others. With that in mind, know that you don’t have to have it all figured out, let’s unpack it together.

Therapy with me isn’t about fixing something that’s broken. It’s about slowing down, making sense of what you’ve been carrying, and helping you feel more like yourself again.

I aim to create an environment that feels calm, supportive, and safe to explore both the hard and meaningful parts of your story.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Clients often tell me they feel at ease pretty quickly. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. Therefore, I’m also intentional in helping you move forward, not just stay stuck.

I’ll meet you with a lot of empathy and zero judgment. You will hopefully feel supported and leave sessions with insight, clarity, and tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

You don’t have to filter yourself with me. I enjoy listening and helping you piece together where to begin.

I work with individuals across Illinois and Wisconsin and it’s truly an honor to walk alongside clients as they take steps toward healing, clarity, and growth.

Finally, If faith is an important part of your life, I’m happy to incorporate Christian counseling into our work together, but only if that’s something you want. Your beliefs, values, and comfort always lead the way.
